House rules
- The apartments are non smoking
- Pets are not allowed
- Quiet hours: 21:00 – 09:00
- Accepted cards: Mastercard, Visa
- Parking is free for both apartments at the designated area
- The apartments have a safe. Please leave it unlocked on departure
- On departure from SissiPark Mirador, the apartment keys must be placed in the apartment's mailbox, which you will find at reception
On departure from SissiPark Azul, the keycards must be left at the reception
Cancellation policy
Before traveling:
- 3 months: no cancellation fee
- between 1 and 3 months: 40% of the fixed total amount
- between 1 week and 1 month: 70% of the total amount
- between 1 day and 1 week: 90 % of the total amount
- on the day of arrival and in case of a "no-show": 100% of the total amount
